Tentative Ruling
The Court is aware that on May 1, 2025, a substitution of attorney was filed reflecting that Plaintiff is now represented by counsel. However, the parties failed to file a Joint Case Management Statement as ordered. The Court will continue the CMC to allow the parties to do so. The Joint Statement shall be filed at least 7 days before the CMC. Please be advised that future failures to comply with Court orders could result in the imposition of sanctions under CCP 177.5.
