Emeruwa's motion to compel deposition of Kintresa Banks is CONTINUED TO SEPTEMBER 4, 2025, and will be heard on that day or as soon thereafter as practicable, provided Emeruwa has filed proof of payment of the sanctions ordered on this date.

For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 302 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom.
