Recently Plaintiff filed a Declaration stating no objection to a CCP 664.6 Dismissal by the Court at the upcoming 9/04/2026 2:00 PM Settlement Compliance Hearing.

Accordingly,

The Court orders the Complaint filed by Bank of America, N.A. on 04/23/2025 dismissed without prejudice.

The Court retains jurisdiction to make orders to enforce any and all terms of settlement, including judgment, pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 664.6.
