The Court previously granted this unopposed petition on August 14, 2026 during a hearing involving the same parties. The Court notes no objections have been raised since the hearing on August 14, 2026. Accordingly, the Court confirms its prior order. All future court dates remain as set.

The Court has previously ordered Respondent to provide a complete accounting. See June 12, 2026 Order. The Court makes no further order on this request. The Court continues for further hearing the request for attorney’s fees to December 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. Petitioner shall submit an itemized declaration of the requested reasonable attorney’s fees and costs no later than two weeks prior to the continued court date and serve a copy of the same on Respondent. The Court continues to reserve jurisdiction over this request.
