Note that the Butte Exchange will now be called in Department 64. This Court does not follow the procedures described in Rules of Court, Rule 3.1308(a). Tentative rulings are available online no less than 12 hours in advance of the time set for hearing. JELLISON VS. SHASTA COUNTY CASE NUMBER: 25CV-0208476 This matter is on calendar to set dates for trial and Mandatory Settlement Conference. The matter is at issue. The Court designates this as Plan III matter and intends to set the matter for trial no later than August 3, 2027. Defendant has posted jury fees and Plaintiff has waived the right to a jury by not posting within ten days of June 5, 2026. The parties are ordered to meet and confer prior to the hearing regarding proposed dates for trial. In addition to Mandatory Settlement Conference and trial dates, the Court will set a trial readiness hearing on the Butte Exchange that precedes the selected trial date. An appearance is necessary on today’s calendar.
