Orlando Nevarez, CEO of Defendant et al. Judgment Debtor Nevarez Moving Company LLC, to appear personally on September 4, 2026 at 9:01 AM in Department 16 to give information regarding a money judgment against Defendant Judgment Debtor Nevarez Moving Company LLC (the “Order of Examination”).
But on June 29, 2026, Plaintiff Judgment Creditor, Creditors Adjustment Bureau, filed a Declaration of Non Service regarding this Order of Examination on J. Orlando Nevarez, CEO of Nevarez Moving Company LLC. This Declaration states that the address where Plaintiff tried to serve this Order of Examination is a “Bad Address[;] according to neighbors the address is vacant.” Declaration at ¶ 2 (filed: June 29, 2026).
Because J. Orlando Nevarez, CEO of Nevarez Moving Company LLC, has not yet been served with the Order of Examination, the Court cannot issue a Civil Bench Warrant against him yet.
The parties are to appear in person at this hearing on September 4, 2026 at 9:01 AM in Department 16 to discuss next steps in this case.
