Letters of the Guardianship of the person were issued on 3/3/21. The annual guardianship status report (Judicial Council for GC-251) was not filed by the guardian. This matter was then sent to the probate investigator. This 8/19/26 revealed that the guardian was facing health issues and was no longer able to care for the minor. Additionally, the minor had been living with her mother for the last 2 years. The minor seemed happy and well cared for. The report ends with a recommendation to terminate the guardianship.
