11. Guardianship of Zoline Sierra G – 26PR0100 PETITION TO APPOINT GUARDIAN

A Petition to Appoint a Guardian and Temporary petition was filed on April 10, 2026. The court appointed temporary guardians on April 22, 2026. The court has reviewed the due diligence statements as to the parental grandparents and finds good cause to dispenses with notice as to them. The Court finds notice has been given to all other relatives entitled to notice. The Court has yet to receive the investigative report as they claim to only have received the request on 8/19/26. As such, the investigator’s office is requesting a 30-day continuance to properly conduct their investigation.

TENTATIVE RULING #11: THE COURT REISSUES THE TEMPORARY GUARDIANSHIP WITH A NEW EXPIRATION DATE OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2026 TO AFFORD QUEST AN OPPORTUNITY TO CONDUCT THEIR INVESTIGATION.
