Letters of the Guardianship of the person were issued on 7/23/25. The annual guardianship status report (Judicial Council for GC-251) was filed by the guardian on 6/29/26. At the July 22, 2026 hearing, the court ordered Quest to conduct an investigation to ascertain whether al documents have been executed by the father in order for the children to receive medical and dental services. Nathan turns 18 years of age on 9/16/26, but remains in high school until May 2027. The court continues the matter to September 30, 2026 to receive input regarding the medical and dental services.
