On June 24, 2026, the parties appeared before the court for a long cause trial on all issues. The parties informed the court that they had reached a settlement and the matter was set for a review hearing to address the status of the Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA).
The parties submitted a judgment with an attached MSA on August 20th. The court has not yet had the opportunity to review the judgment however because the parties have completed their MSA and submitted it, the review hearing is dropped from calendar.
TENTATIVE RULING #8: THE REVIEW HEARING IS DROPPED FROM CALNDAR AS THE MSA HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED.
