The unopposed motion for determination of good faith settlement by settling defendants Gary F. Grossman, as an individual and as trustee of the Gary and Judy Grossman Revocable Trust, U/A/D October 9, 1991; Judith Belmont Grossman, as an individual and as trustee of the Gary and Judy Grossman Revocable Trust, U/A/D October 9, 1991; Robert Grossman, as an individual and as trustee of the Grossman Revocable Trust, is granted.

For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 301 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom.
