Ruling. Absent objections, this Petition will be granted without hearing. Conservator is ordered to comply with the following future dates: 1. Third Account. a. Conservator is to file the Third Account for the period ending 5/1/26 – 4/30/28 by July 13, 2028. b. A hearing shall be set for August 24, 2028, at 1:30 for either: i. Hearing on the First Account; or ii. Explanation as to why it was not timely filed.
