PLAINTIFF KEEP AMERICA SAFE AND BEAUTIFUL's Motion To Approve Proposition 65 Settlement And Consent Judgment. The court grants the unopposed motion to approve the Proposition 65 settlement and consent judgment. The court finds that the warning required by the settlement is in compliance with Proposition 65 (Health & Safety Code sections 25249.5 to 25249.14); that the award of attorney's fees pursuant to the settlement is reasonable under California law; and that, considering the factors set out in Health & Safety Code section 25249.7, subdivision (b)(2), and the facts asserted in the moving papers, the penalty amount is reasonable. Accordingly the motion is granted and the parties may submit the proposed judgment for signature.

IF THE TENTATIVE RULING IS CONTESTED, THE MOTION WILL BE CONTINUED TO AUGUST 29, 2025. IF THE TENTATIVE RULING IS NOT CONTESTED, THE TENTATIVE RULING WILL BE ADOPTED.
