Accept waiver. Approve report. Approve statutory attorney fees in the amount of $27,437.11. The requested fee has been incorrectly calculated as there was a loss in this estate petitioner surrendered the BMW which was appraised at $7,000.00. This is a loss to the estate. CRC 7.705(b) states that when an account is waived, the request for fees must be computed substantially in the form provided in CRC 7.705(a), which includes losses.
Approve reimbursement of costs to attorney in the amount of $1,408.56.
Approve proposed distribution consistent with intestate succession. (Probate Code §6402)
