The court intends to continue the hearing to 10/22/26 at 9:00 a.m. in Department J6 for statutorily sufficient service of the mandatory Notice of Petition Determine Claim to Property (DE-115) re the Probate Code §850 issues in the manner provided in Probate Code §851(a) and (b) as required, and the mandatory Notice of Hearing (DE-120) re the remaining issues.
The clerk shall give notice.
