2024PRDE033630: IN THE MATTER OF JOSE RAGATZ 09/02/2026 in Department J6 Hearing on Petition for Final Distribution

Approve account and report. The Estate assets are insufficient to pay all debts of the estate. The court approves the following:

Administrator shall withhold $6,500.00 from distribution for payment of priority tax fillings and supplemental property tax as follows:

Estimated Supplemental Property Tax $ 5,000.00 Filing Federal & State Tax returns $ 1,500.00

That the Priority Expenses of Administration shall be paid as follows:

Statutory Administrator Fee to KAYLA LEEANN COUCH $20,169.85 Statutory Attorney Fee to TAYLOR, SCOLES & BARTELS $20,169.85

Attorney costs of Administration in the amount of $631.35.

Reimburse administrator Kayla Leeann Couch in the amount of $6,076.18.

That the Administrator shall pay the three general creditors pro rata in full satisfaction of their claims as follows:

LendingClub Bank $1,636.05 Capital One $2,827.56 Dianne Marie Garner $157,703.47

In the event any other assets come into the Estate, they shall be paid to satisfy the deficiency of the creditors' claims. In the event assets come into the estate and exceed the claims of creditors, the assets shall be distributed to decedent's heir Shane Andrew Ragatz.
