4. Guardianship of the Estate of Hunter M. 24PR0343 ACCOUNTING HEARING

Letters of Guardianship of the Estate were issued on March 26, 2025. At the August 12, 2026 hearing, the court noted that no formal accounting had been filed. The court directed the guardian to file a declaration with copies of statements for the guardianship account immediately following the last the accounting hearing on August 13, 2025 and the most recent statement. On August 31, 2026, the guardian filed a declaration with the transaction history of the account certified by the bank, showing only deposits into the account and no withdrawals. The court finds that this documentation is sufficient to satisfy the accounting requirement for this year. The court set another accounting in a year and orders the guardian to file an accounting at least two weeks in advance of the hearing confirming all activity in the account.

TENTATUVE RULING #4: THE COURT SETS AN ACCOUNTING HEARING AT 1:30 P.M. ON AUGUST 4, 2027 IN DEPARTMENT 8. THE GUARDIAN SHALL FILE AN ACCOUNTING AT LEAST TWO WEEK IN ADVANCE OF THE HEARING THAT CONFIRMS ALL ACTIVITY IN THE ACCOUNT FROM AUGUST 2026 TO THE DATE OF FILING THE ACCOUNTING.
