PLAINTIFF CONAN LI MOTION FOR JUDGMENT ON THE PLEADINGS is DENIED. Plaintiff has not shown that the Complaint states facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action and the Answer does not state facts sufficient to constitute a defense to the Complaint.
