Plaintiff's sole witness attests to a physical assault by Defendant of another resident, which the witness observed via video surveillance only. However, Plaintiff provides neither the video footage, nor any still images of the video footage, despite providing still images showing other, unrelated conduct. Further, Plaintiff's witness attests to conditions observed in the premises, but provides no photos, despite the Stipulation's express reference to Plaintiff's ability to take photos during any inspection. =(501/CFH)
