Defendants' Amended Demurrer to Amended Complaint. Hearing Required.
No later than 9:00 a.m. on October 3, 2025 Plaintiff to submit a red-lined version of its Second Amended Complaint (submitted for filing on September 24, 2025 without leave of Court). All changes (additions and deletions) that were made to the September 24, 2025 Second Amended Complaint (as compared to the operative First Amended Complaint) shall be in red (if hard copy submitted to the Court is in color) or in bold font. =(501/CFH)
