17 (Father). The parties have one minor child, Brince (DOB: 4/16/2021, age 5).

18 2) At the prior 6/2/2026 hearing, both parties appeared. The Court granted Father’s request to transfer

19 venue of this case to Alameda County.

20 3) On 8/12/2026, the Court transmitted to the Alameda County Superior Court copies of all documents

21 filed in this case.

22 4) The Court finds that the transfer of this case to Alameda County has been effectuated. The Court will

23 make no additional orders in this matter.
