At least three court days before the hearing. Defendant shall lodge a proposed order that satisfies the requirements of Labor Code section 2699.3(f)(3) and all other requirements for an order granting a request for an EEC under PAGA. A courtesy copy of the proposed order must be lodged with this department no later than November 3, 2025, at noon. Note the court will authorize a stay of 120 days or until the neutral declares the EEC has concluded, whichever occurs first. A failure to lodge a courtesy copy of the proposed order may result in the motion being taken off calendar. Defendant is ordered to prepare a proposed order which repeats the above verbatim and email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org by 8:30 am on 10/23/2025.
