Parties are ORDERED TO APPEAR, including Plaintiffs THANH NGUYEN and STEVEN NGUYEN, to discuss failure of Plaintiffs to file a response to the Order to Show Cause and to discuss whether plaintiffs demonstrate good cause for the Court not to impose $750 SANCTIONS for their failure to pay sanctions previously imposed and outstanding for over seven months.
Failure to appear may result in MONETARY SANCTIONS and/or other sanctions.
