On July 6, 2026, Petitioner, Debbie Altizio (“Petitioner” or “Trustee”), filed a Petition to Withdraw Funds from Blocked Account. Petitioner requests the full balance of account number 1009 held at Citizens Business Bank titled in the name of Debbie Altizio, Trustee of the subtrust of the Hansen Family Trust FBO Kevin Richard Hansen, be disbursed to her and to close the account. The Court is not in receipt of the trust instrument or proof of the existing blocked account. Contingent upon proof of the blocked account and trust instrument, Petitioner’s request is granted.
TENTATIVE RULING #8: CONTINGENT UPON PROOF OF THE BLOCKED ACCOUNT AND TRUST INSTRUMENT, PETITIONER’S REQUEST IS GRANTED. ANY PERSON WHO HAS AN OBJECTION MAY MAKE IT ANY TIME, EVEN ORALLY AT THE HEARING (PROBATE CODE § 1043). IF A PARTY OR PARTIES WISH TO APPEAR REMOTELY, INSTRUCTIONS FOR REMOTE APPEARANCES CAN BE FOUND ON THE COURT’S WEBSITE.
