Before the court is an unopposed Motion to be Relieved as Counsel from Counsel Ariella E. Perry, counsel of record for Plaintiff Erica Greene. HEARING REQUIRED.
Counsel has provided a conclusory statement in support of her motion. The facts supporting the conclusion need to be set out, if possible, in the declaration. If counsel would like to file a new declaration, then she should promptly inform the court that she would like to take this motion off calendar and re-file with a new declaration. If counsel is seeking an in camera hearing, counsel's in-person attendance is required at this hearing.
Prior to the hearing, Moving Parties shall lodge by email to contestdept302tr@sftc.org a completed proposed order on MC-053 that includes accurate information regarding next court date and, if any, trial date.
For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 302 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom. The subject line of the email shall include the line number, case name and case number. The text of the email shall include the name and contact information, including email address, of the attorney or party who will appear at the hearing.
The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely. A retained reporter must be a California certified court reporter (CSR), for only a CSR's transcript may be used in California courts.
