As the Motion complies with applicable law and is well supported and duly served, the Motion is hereby GRANTED.
The Court will sign and file the Proposed Order that has already been prepared by attorney Mash and filed with this Motion.
Moreover, as a corporation is required under California law to be represented by counsel in civil actions, Bend Capital, LLC is ORDERED to retain new counsel to represent it in this case within 30 days of today. And as his last task in this case, attorney Mash must convey this ORDER to Bend Capital, LLC today.
