Plaintiffs Sofia Alvares Valladares and Consuelo Valladares ("Plaintiffs") filed a Request for Court Judgment by default and other default judgment documents on May 28, 2026. However, the Declarations of the Plaintiffs filed May 28, 2026 pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 585 are incomplete because they rely on documents purportedly "filed separately under Exhibits in Support of Judgment and attached thereto as Exhibit A." The court will therefore permit a further continuance to allow Plaintiffs to correct this omission.
