Set for Law and Motion/Discovery Calendar on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, Line 2. PLAINTIFF PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC.'s Motion To Vacate Dismissal And Enter Judgment Under Terms Of Stipulated Settlement.

Plaintiff Portfolio Recovery Associate, LLC's unopposed Motion To Vacate Order on Settlement And Enter Judgment Under Terms Of Stipulated Settlement is GRANTED. Good cause appearing and pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6, the court orders any dismissal be vacated and judgment be entered. The court will enter judgment consistent with the proposed judgment, Exhibit A to the Langedyk Declaration.

Moving Party is ordered to prepare a proposed order which repeats verbatim the above text and email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the time set for hearing. Moving Party is ordered to submit a proposed judgment identical to Exhibit A by email to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the time set for hearing.

For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 302 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom. The text of the email shall include the name and contact information, including email address, of the attorney or party who will appear at the hearing. Counsel for the prevailing party is required to prepare a proposed order which repeats verbatim the substantive portion of the tentative ruling and must email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the hearing even if the tentative ruling is not contested.
