Plaintiff Citibank N.A.'s unopposed Motion To Vacate Dismissal And Enter Judgment Under Terms Of Stipulated Settlement is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. Good cause appearing, consistent with the terms of the settlement and the record before the court, the court will enter judgment providing Plaintiff CITIBANK, N.A., shall have and recover from Defendant Carlos Nino the principal sum of $3,025.00 plus court costs in the sum of $575.00 for a total judgment of $3,600.00. The court intends to enter judgment consistent with the proposed judgment submitted by Plaintiff. Plaintiff's request to "vacate dismissal" is denied because no dismissal has been filed to date.
Defendant is ordered to prepare a proposed order which repeats the above verbatim and email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org by 8:30 am on 10/23/2025.
