Defendant Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.'s demurrer to plaintiff Noora Barakat's verified complaint (sixth, seventh, and eighth causes of action) is overruled. The court's tentative ruling in its entirety has been sent to counsel via email.

The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion or Discovery Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely.
