This matter is on calendar for further proceedings on the Annual Review and on an Order to Show Cause issued to the Guardian for failure to file a Confidential Guardianship Status Report and failure to appear on June 8, 2026. The matter was previously continued to allow the guardian additional time to provide the annual report. An appearance is necessary on today’s calendar. Warning: Failure to appear on today’s calendar will result in the issuance of both monetary sanctions in the sum of $250.00, and an Order to Show Cause re: Termination of Guardianship.
