DEFENDANT ABDEL HAMODA'S Motion For Order That (I) Defendant Is Allowed To File A Cross Complaint Irrespective Of The Date Of Filing Of Any Other Pleadings, (II) The Clerk Shall Accept That Cross Complaint For Filing Promptly After Submission; And (III) The Clerk Shall Immediately Reclassify The Case As Unlimited After The Cross Complaint Is Filed [CCP Section 428], Or In The Alternative, Motion To Reclassify This Matter As Unlimited. Off calendar as moot in light of the amended notice of motion and the court's companion order granting the ex parte application.
