ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT
The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.
The Court makes the following order after review of the case without a hearing:
Court reset trial date at ex-parte request of Cross-Defendant. If parties intend to proceed on the cross-complaint despite dismissal of the complaint, they must also attempt to mediate the remaining claims.
Parties are ordered to PRIVATE MEDIATION OR COURT ADR. Deadline for completion of mediation or ADR process is JANUARY 01, 2027.
Failure to complete MEDIATION without good cause may result in substantial sanctions and will not change the trial date.
Case Management Conference re mediation completion is scheduled for 01/07/2027 at 10:30 AM in Department 520 at Hayward Hall of Justice.
Clerk is directed to serve copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to selfrepresented parties of record. The Court orders counsel to obtain a copy of this order from the eCourt portal.
