ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT
The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.
The complaint is HEREBY DISMISSED pursuant to the Request for Dismissal filed on August 5, 2026 seeking to dismiss the complaint with prejudice.
The cross-complaint remains active. It is unclear whether cross-complainants intend to proceed on this pleading in light of unconditional settlement filed on February 18, 2026.
Court sets an Order to Show Cause re Dismissal of cross-complaint on November 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in Department 520.
If not objection to dismissal is filed on or before November 6, 2026, Court is inclined to dismiss the cross-complaint with prejudice, as the complaint was dismissed.
