PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR ORDER COMPELLING DEFENDANT DENISE WILLIAMS TO FURTHER RESPOND TO DFP3 AND REQUEST FOR MONETARY SANCTION.
Plaintiff Raymond Vincent DiGiacomo, Jr.'s unopposed motion for an order requiring defendant Denise Williams to further respond to his third set of requests for production of documents is denied. There are five RFPs in this set. Each demands documents supporting Williams's response to a specified special interrogatory concerning Williams's litigation contentions. The court has reviewed the responses and concludes they are complete, straightforward and sufficient, and substantially comply with the relevant discovery statutes. No further response is ordered, for the reasons stated with respect to the companion orders issued today concerning DiGiacomo's first and second sets of requests for production.
