Defendant Ouahiba Khourchech brings a motion to dismiss the complaint for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, and intentional inflection of emotional distress. The court construes the motion under the demurrer statute (Code Civ. Proc., section 430.10) and under the special motion to strike or anti-SLAPP statute (id., section 425.16). Khourchech also objects to personal jurisdiction and venue. For the reasons stated herein, the motion is denied and Khourchech shall file an answer within 20 days of notice of entry of this order.

Counsel for the prevailing party is required to prepare a proposed order which repeats verbatim the substantive portion of the tentative ruling and must email it to contestdept301tr@sftc.org prior to the hearing even if the tentative ruling is not contested.
