Discussion
Defendant moves for an order dismissing him with prejudice consistent with the Court's ruling on 2/5/2025 sustaining Defendants' demurrer without leave to amend as to the first, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth causes of action. Defendant indicates the remaining causes of action are not asserted against him. The Court agrees that as there are no operative claims against him, dismissal should be entered. Based on the foregoing, Defendant's motion for an order of dismissal is granted. It is so ordered. Dated: August, 2026 Hon. Jon R. Takasugi
