Status of Administration
Letters Testamentary were issued on August 6, 2024. On May 29, 2026, the executor
submitted the final inventory and appraisal. However, Paragraph 5, which relates to
property tax certification, is incomplete.
On July 28, 2026, the California Franchise Tax Board filed a creditor’s claim ($121.71)
and submitted a request for special notice for all matters for which special notice may be
requested. (Prob. Code, § 1250, subd. (c).) To date, there is no petition for final distribution in the court’s file.
