The Notice does not comply with Local Rule 7.10.05. Repeated violations will be grounds for sanctions pursuant to Local Rule 7.12.13. Attorney Hana K. Yono applies to the Court, pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 9.40, to appear as counsel pro hac vice on behalf of Defendant Frontier Dental Laboratories, Inc. in this action. Hana K. Yono is associated with California attorney Matthew S. Disbrow. The requirements of California Rule of Court, Rule 9.40 have been met. There is no objection.
