On February 2, 2026, plaintiff filed a notice of settlement of the entire case. On
August 18, 2026, cross-complainant Provizanto, Inc., doing business as Days Inn by
Wyndham South Lake Tahoe filed a request for dismissal but did not indicate whether it
was with or without prejudice. To date, no other requests for dismissal have been filed.
