Demurrer to the cause of action for breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing is sustained without leave to amend. Not addressed in opposition.
Demurrer to the cause of action for breach of contract is SUSTAINED with leave to amend for Plaintiff to allege facts in support of each element of this cause of action. Plaintiff shall also attach a copy of the lease, if the lease or any portion thereof/amendment thereto/change of terms is written.
