McQuinn on 8/18/26 (the objection), this matter is continued to October 8, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Petitioner is ordered to file and serve on all interested parties, by no later than September 8, 2026, an actual petition pursuant to Probate Code, Section 17000, et seq., which shall address the objections filed by Douglas. The parties are ordered to meet and confer to discuss informal resolution of this matter. Petitioner is ordered to file a proposed order in this matter by September 8, 2026 as well.
