PLAINTIFF Motion To Enforce Settlement; is continued to January 23, 2026 for supplemental briefing to address (1) personal service of Summons and Complaint on Robert McCarthy on September 19, 2023. According to the Settlement Agreement Robert McCarthy passed away in May 2023; (2) Court's jurisdiction to enter a judgment pursuant to CCP 664.6 against persons/entities who have not made an appearance in this action, Robert Bakus and Estate of Robert McCarthy.
Supplemental brief is not to exceed 3 pages and shall be filed no later than January 14, 2026. =(501/AAT)
