The following must be submitted: Supplement re: Competency of Spouse to Manage Finances. It does not appear from the allegations in the petition that the proposed conservatee's spouse lacks competence. Supplement is required discussing handling of community property assets by the spouse (e.g., community property assets are not part of conservatorship estate). [Prob.
