Motion for Trial Setting Preference

Appearance required. Plaintiffs’ motion for trial setting preference pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 36 is GRANTED. The trial setting preference provided for in section 36 is mandatory upon a showing that any one of the named plaintiffs is a qualifying party under that section. Plaintiff had made a showing that a plaintiff is a minor and thus entitled to the setting of a trial date within 120 days of this order.
