Tentative Ruling:
Defendant Motion is CONTINUED. Plaintiffs opposition, which Defendant received based on the substance of the reply brief, was rejected for filing by the Court. Accordingly, the Court is not in receipt of the opposition. Counsel are responsible to ensure any filings with the Court are not rejected. Nonetheless, absent any prejudice to Defendant, the Court will grant leave for Plaintiff to file the opposition on or before the close of business of the date of this hearing, and the Court CONTINUES the hearing on this motion to the first available hearing date, October 13, 2026 at 8:20 a.m.
