Plaintiff's unopposed Motion to Compel Further Response to Interrogatories, Set One, et.al. is granted in part and denied in part. Defendant shall serve supplemental responses to Interrogatories 20.5, 20.6, 20.7, 20.8 and Special Interrogatory 8 within 20 days after service of the order after hearing. Plaintiff's request that further response be compelled to Interrogatory 20.3 is denied; Defendant's previous response constitutes a complete response to this interrogatory. Plaintiff's request for monetary sanctions in the amount of $1925 is granted. Defendant promised during the "meet and confer" between counsel to provide further responses to these interrogatories, yet failed to do so without substantial justification.
For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 302 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom.
