Petition for Approval of Minor’s Compromise Claim

The court continued the matter on April 23, 2026, for petitioner to file a supplemental declaration that attaches the proposed annuity terms for the court’s consideration. However, the supplemental declaration filed with the court on July 17, 2026, does not include the proposed annuity terms. Thus, the court cannot determine whether the proposed annuity is in the best interest of the minor. Accordingly, the petition for approval of minor’s compromise claim is denied without prejudice.
