Additionally, Defendant seeks sanctions in the amount of $4,680.00.

Tentative Decision The motion is DENIED as to Requests for Production Nos. 85, 91, 92, and 93. Plaintiff is ORDERED to submit a privilege log identifying each document withheld under RFP Nos. 5, 86, 87, 88, and 89 and to submit any disputed documents for in-camera review.
