TYPE OF MOTION: Motion to Compel Plaintiff' Further Responses to Requests for Production of Documents, Set Two and Request for Sanction in the Amount of $4,680.00 FILING PARTY: Defendant Envision WC AU Auto, LLC RESPONDING PARTY: Plaintiff Desiree Bachman HEARING DATE: August 26, 2026 Case Background This action arises from Plaintiff's prior employment as a receptionist at Audi of West Covina. Plaintiff alleges she was subjected to repeated unwelcome sexual advances, sexually explicit comments, and inappropriate physical contact by the General Manager, defendant Khristopher Garwick.

Plaintiff further alleges that after she reported this conduct to Human Resources and participated in the ensuing investigation, the company retaliated against her and ultimately terminated her employment. Instant Motion Defendant moves the Court, pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Sec.Sec. 2031.310 and 2031.320, for an order compelling Plaintiff to provide further responses to Request for Production, Set Two, Nos. 85-89 and 91-93. Additionally, Defendant seeks sanctions in the amount of $4,680.00.
