Plaintiff Crown Asset Management, LLC's unopposed Motion For Entering Judgment Pursuant To Defendants Default Under Settlement And Release Agreement is GRANTED. Good cause appearing and pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6, the court orders any dismissal be vacated and judgment be entered.

The court will enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff Crown Asset Management, LLC and against Defendant Patricia Turner in the principal amount of $9,218.48 and costs in the amount of $372.70 for a total judgment in the amount of $9,591.18. consistent with the [proposed] judgment submitted by Plaintiff.

Moving Party is ordered to prepare a proposed order which repeats verbatim the above text and email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the time set for hearing.
